Ingredients
  

Core Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with "the mother"
  • ½ a lemon freshly squeezed juice
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Raw Honey or Maple Syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 cup Water warm or room temperature
Optional Add-ins:
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried Butterfly Pea Flower or a small amount of cooled brewed tea for color
  • ¼ teaspoon Camu Camu Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Brewed Yerba Mate cooled (or a few drops of extract)

  • Grater (for ginger)
  • Lemon juicer (optional)
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Combine Basics: In a glass, pour the apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Add Ginger & Sweetener: Add the freshly grated ginger. If using honey or maple syrup, stir it in now until dissolved.
  3. Add Water: Pour in the warm or room-temperature water.
  4. Incorporate Optional Add-ins: If using butterfly pea flower (steep separately in a little hot water, strain, and add the colored water), camu camu powder, or yerba mate, stir them in now.
  5. Mix Well: Give all ingredients a good stir to combine.
  6. Enjoy: Sip immediately, preferably on an empty stomach or when you desire a refreshing boost.
