- Make the "Sole" Concentrate (Optional Method): Add approximately 4 tablespoons of Pink Himalayan Salt to a clean glass jar. Pour about 4 cups of filtered water over the salt, leaving some space at the top. Seal the jar and let it sit for 12-24 hours. The water is fully saturated when there are still undissolved salt crystals at the bottom. This concentrate can be stored at room temperature.
- Prepare Your Daily Drink: In a glass, combine 8-12 ounces of room temperature or warm filtered water.
- Add Salt Source: Stir in either:
- 1 teaspoon of your prepared "Sole" Concentrate.
- OR
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt directly into the water (begin with the smaller amount and adjust to taste/tolerance).
- Add Optional Flavors: If desired, stir in 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of raw honey, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Stir & Sip: Stir well until the salt (if added directly) or concentrate is fully dissolved. Drink slowly, typically first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Start with a small amount of salt (e.g., 1/4 teaspoon per large glass) to see how your body responds. This drink is a wellness ritual and not a magic solution for weight loss or health issues. Use good quality, unrefined pink Himalayan salt. Always listen to your body. Ensure you stay hydrated with plain water throughout the day. The "Sole" concentrate, if made, stores well in a sealed glass jar at room temperature due to its high salt saturation.
